Fact Sheets

gThe family group sheet is an easy and common way of capturing the information of each family group. It also assists in identifying what areas of information have yet to be identified. A Pedigree chart may also be used. 

 Family Group Sheet

The pedigree chart allows you to record the birth date and place, marriage date and place and death date and place in one location for a large family. It allows you to see gaps or missing information.

The research form is completed by the client and forwarded by post to CHARLTON SOLUTIONS for research to begin. Payment is also sent at this time for research to be undertaken.
